Factory / Offices Entrance

A complete refurbishment of the island’s largest employer’ guardroom plus inclusion of a reception area. A new precast concrete structure replaced the demolished building with a design emphasising bold proportions to reflect the company’s status. The project required careful planning in order to adhere to the budget while achieving the Client’s vision.
