Harbour Mansions

Conversion of two existing properties into five residential units required careful structural changes within an existing envelope and roof extensions for a penthouse with a rooftop terrace and pool. Preserved and restored architectural features within the retained fabric are complemented by a contemporary and highly finished penthouse interior using neutral tones and exposed concrete ceilings.
