National Indoor Olympic Pool

Malta’s first indoor heated Olympic-size pool. The site, previously a bocci pitch part of a sports complex, required extensive excavation and precise civil, construction and engineering work. The continuous coordination and management with all foreign suppliers regarding the complex’ special structures, and all local contractors and subcontractors to integrate all tasks and trades within the stipulated timelines were crucial to meet all international standards.
