Retirement Home

Starting from late construction phase all the way to completion, this project required coordinating various trades and contractors within very tight timeframes, whilst ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations, cost and quality. The targeted deadlines were observed. The facility was finished within a year, ready to accommodate new tenants in need of medical attention and care.
